The dish was excessively sweet, and a large portion of the chocolate ended up stuck to the paper bag. Overall, it simply wasn't to my liking.
The prices are a bit high, and the egg tarts are on the sweeter side. I noticed that the texture of the filling was peculiar; it didn't quite align with the flavor profile of the egg tarts I'm accustomed to.
I make it a point to visit this place for pretzel bites and pretzels at least three to four times a week. They are simply irresistible, delicious, and absolutely delightful. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall experience. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as the place is always spotless. They also offer home delivery, which is convenient when I'm not at work. With great value, exceptional service, and a clean environment, you definitely need to try these—once you do, you won't be able to resist coming back!
This location closes at least 30 minutes before the official closing time. I usually have a great experience here and often look forward to their pretzel bites. However, tonight when I arrived at 8:30 PM, I was told they were out of pretzel bites because they had already shut down operations and couldn’t make any more. This place used to serve customers until the 9 PM closing time. I'm not sure exactly when they stop preparing the food, but if you want to order from here, be sure to arrive well before closing.
Pretzelmaker was a huge disappointment. I spent over $9 on what was supposed to be a parmesan garlic soft pretzel, but it was just a soft crust shaped like a pretzel—not the real deal. The garlic flavor came from oil that tasted spoiled or rancid. I also paid extra for marinara sauce, which turned out to be a cheap, tinned sauce resembling watery tomato juice. Definitely not worth the money. After eating, my mouth tasted like garlic oil for two hours. Avoid Pretzelmaker’s menu if you can.
