Was James Wile at Pretzelmaker a mag?

I make it a point to visit this place for pretzel bites and pretzels at least three to four times a week. They are simply irresistible, delicious, and absolutely delightful. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall experience. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as the place is always spotless. They also offer home delivery, which is convenient when I'm not at work. With gre... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Pretzelmaker:

This location closes at least 30 minutes before the official closing time. I usually have a great experience here and often look forward to their pretzel bites. However, tonight when I arrived at 8:30 PM, I was told they were out of pretzel bites because they had already shut down operations and couldn’t make any more. Pretzelmaker was a huge disappointment. I spent over $9 on what was supposed to be a parmesan garlic soft pretzel, but it was just a soft crust shaped like a pretzel—not the real deal. The garlic flavor came from oil that tasted spoiled or rancid. I also paid extra for marinara sauce, which turned out to be a cheap, tinned sauce resembling watery tomato juice. Definitely not worth the money. After eating, my mouth tasted like garlic oil for two hours. Avoid Pretzelmaker’s menu if you can.

I dined at the restaurant last night at around 8 PM, and I had an unfortunate experience. The staff appeared uninterested and even rolled their eyes at times. One of the employees exclaimed to her colleague, "Oh my god, I wanted to leave early," while dramatically tossing her head back. Overall, their rudeness made me feel quite uncomfortable.

This restaurant often closes at least 30 minutes before the posted hours. I usually enjoy my visits here, especially at this location, and I frequently look forward to their pretzel bites. However, when I arrived at 8:30 PM tonight, I was told they had run out of pretzel bites and were already closing down, so they couldn’t take my order. They’ve always served food until 9 PM, but it’s unclear when they actually stop preparing it. If you plan to visit, I recommend arriving well before closing time.

The staff were friendly, and I found the atmosphere to be quite lively, especially for those who were unsure about what to order. The food was good, but it didn't completely live up to my expectations. I'm certainly willing to give it another try.

It's certainly not an authentic pretzel! It’s disappointing to pay $6 for half-baked bagel dough that's simply dipped in melted butter and sprinkled with coarse salt. If you're going to label them as pretzels, you should at least use a proper recipe from their place of origin.

Not all the items were prepared, but the regular pretzels were available. To be honest, I think they’re really good, although they are slightly overpriced for the portion size.

It's been a few years since I last visited Pretzel Maker, and the pretzel bites used to be my favorite. I recently tried them again, but they seemed like they were just reheated in a microwave. I was really disappointed and won’t be returning.

I love the pretzels here. They are very good. The look of the store is also very sleek and the service was amazing.
