Love the modern décor. Greeted upon entering. Service was prompt. Server was able to recommend several items on the menu which we tried and were very pleased. Lots of free parking available. Looking forward to trying the new patio for summer drinks and appetizers. I keep returning. View all feedback.
What Novella Padberg doesn't like about Patrons902:
This establishment has very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere. I fear the downfall of this business will be the food. It is tasteless and of low quality. If they want to attract regulars to dine and drink they have to improve the quality of the food. It's a shame really because we live close but will not go again for this reason. We will play simulation golf with friends but will not order food. We have not... View all feedback.
Just tried out newly renovated "Patrons 902" restaurant. Great atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff. But the very best thing is their new menu. Lots of choices in their flexible, unpretentious, modern infusion offerings. Good choice of wines and beers. Very Good value too! We haven't checked out their golf simulators yet, but will soon. Check out their menu and everything "Patrons 902" has to offer on their new website.
My review is based on the customer service only, not the food. The food was great so no complaints there. I booked a private function for golf - two rooms a month in advance. When we arrived, we were not greeted, I had to go around and look for someone even though the place wasn't that busy. Once we got into the rooms, we then again had to track someone down to show us how to operate the simulators. We were not made aware there was a call button on the wall - until later in the evening. We learned afterward that this would let them know we wanted service for food and drinks. So, we continually had to go ask, or hunt staff down. What bothered me the most, the place was empty besides the rooms and the staff were gathered around talking on their phones. This really bothered me because they asked us at the beginning if it was our first time there in which I answered yes. You would have thought they would have taken 5 minutes to explain the call button and the simulators. At the end of the night, it was frustrating knowing I spend hundreds of dollars and left thinking the service was terrible.

We have noticed that the business is very slow/ empty during times it should be busy like the other restaurants in the area.Fix the food and we will be regulars!

This new golf simulation lounge is beautifully appointed and we will definitely return for a game. This premise is great. Unfortunately we came to check out the menu. Nestled between two yoga studios in Bedford ,I was expecting a more inspired menu. We are both vegetarian and the right side of the menu was void of options. We ordered the fresh salad rolls to start. They were not fresh as the rice wrapper was hard. The accompanying sauce was good but non traditional. I had the beet salad. It came without the pecans and when alerted to this the staff rectified it quickly. The nuts were not a welcome addition. They were over crystallized sugar lumps without a recognizable pecan in sight. The presentation was sloppy and not worth the gourmet price. The last item was a pizza. This was mediocre at best. If you want to sell pizza you need to be a lot farther from Morris East. I will give it another go, hopefully it will improve to meet its environment.
