We had a great experience in Orso! The nachos were the best we ever had and we polished them in no time. We both ordered the Orso Burger and couldn't stop talking about how amazing it tasted. Your homemade BBQ sauce is to die. Fries were excellent and crispy. The service was also 10/10! The food took over an hour to arrive (which was fine, it was busy on a Friday) but the hostess and the waiter we met were very friendly! The food was way over done (had fish) to the point it was chewy and hard to cut into and the fish and fries were cold. We didn't have time to order something else to eat so we grabbed the bill as soon as our food arrived and left as quick as possible. View all feedback.
Abi was an outstanding server—prompt and friendly. The food was delicious, the decor was inviting, and the atmosphere was vibrant. However, Abi truly brought everything together and made us eager to return soon! This was our first visit, and it feels like a hidden gem!
I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. Making online reservations was a breeze. We only ordered appetizers, and the portions were generous. The cocktails, especially the chocolate raspberry martini, were delightful. The atmosphere was pleasant, with just the right level of noise for conversation. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the city.
Overall, the food was outstanding. However, even though we had made reservations, we waited 30 minutes before being served. I'm not sure if this was due to a staffing issue. We informed the waitstaff that we were ready multiple times. After finishing our meal, we waited another 20 minutes for our bill, having to ask for it twice. Nevertheless, the food was truly incredible.
