This is the worst McDonald's I have ever dined at. Yesterday, I placed an order and had to wait for 11 other meals that were ordered before mine. The fries are consistently cold and overcooked. View all feedback.

I was truly impressed by Ethan's incredible customer service when he spoke to me in French. He is a kind and charming employee who knows how to connect with customers. I just wanted to tell him that he made my night, especially since I am from Montreal, Quebec.
I had a good experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were efficient. However, they can get quite busy at times, which can lead to a decrease in quality. For example, burgers may fall apart in the packaging and orders may sit out too long, causing fries to cool down.
They messed my order up at first, but were able to fix it with no further issues. The guy even told me to check it before walking away, to ensure I didn't waste my time going to sit down again if there was another issue.
