While the staff is courteous and helpful and the store is clean and accessible, the chicken is not what it once was...we haven't eaten KFC for over 4 years. Thus, I gave only 4 stars because the product has changed and not, in our opinion, for the better.

Standards are greatly lacki... read more Only thighs and legs available on a Sunday. Smh. What's the point of being open. I hate how the KFC franchise is operated inHalifax. Standards are greatly lacking. Flavour greatly lacking, sometimes rubbery chicken and a chicken breast cut in half being sold as 2 pieces. KFC is my favorite and I have had it in a few countries, THIS is the lowest standard I have encountered.
