It literally took 55 minutes to receive my order of 10 pieces of chicken, come on!
I frequently receive the wrong items instead of what I ordered. It consistently takes 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. From now on, I’ll be choosing Manchu Wok or New York Fries instead.
My friend and I went to the restaurant at 8:20 PM, and the Indian guy in the kitchen told us they were out of chicken, while the lady taking our order laughed about it. I walked away, and then I saw them selling chicken to other white customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. KFC is known for its chicken, and it's the only meat you serve. Not only did you lie about it, but you also chose to serve it to others instead.
The service was extremely rude, and there was no chicken available at a chicken shop—that's the response I received.
I just left the KFC at Mic Mac Mall, and I must say the service I received was shocking. No one should have to endure such treatment at a restaurant. I arrived at 8:20 PM and was told they had run out of chicken and were closing in 10 minutes. However, after I was served, white customers who came in behind me were given chicken. This was the most racially biased treatment I have ever experienced in my life. The manager of the store needs to address the staff immediately. I will never return to KFC again. This has been one of the most embarrassing days for me.
