Whether you are from out of town or a local , this is friendly family dining at it's best. Clean and great friendly service with lots of parking. Alway has featured specials and a great place for breakfast. We just had homemade fish caked and poached eggs with chow chow and baked beans ----how much comfort food do you want??Nothing fancy , but lots od cosistent value. View all feedback.

A family-style restaurant with an excellent location and very friendly service. Unfortunately, they seem to be having some troubles in the kitchen. The food didn't meet my expectations based on prior experiences eating here and I was a little embarrassed I had recommended the restaurant for my friends. The customer service here is very good and it's a decent place to sit down and relax - nice family atmosphere; but that's about all it has going for it.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Reasonable prices. I generally have the pan fried haddock and it is always great. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here and on Yelp. Went here on Sunday and the food was awesome to me- people talk about fries not being home made but they are busy and they tasted great to me in my poutine the classic burger was delicious! Gave a bbq vibe I added my condiments but the veggies were fresh on it and the burger was home made! My son loved his chicken fingers and my other dinner companion enjoyed his meatloaf meal- our waitstaff was awesome- very cool personality and attentive!! Will be back!
