It appeared to be the assistant manager who served us, and his customer service skills were exceptional. He showed genuine concern for our dining experience, which is rare to find nowadays. He not only brought our food to our table but also checked in to see if we were satisfied. The food was fresh and delicious. I had never tried the crispy chicken burger at Harvey's before, but decided to give it a go this time and I was pleasantly surprised. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the location itself. It can be confusing to find a parking spot if you are not using the drive-thru. You have to navigate around the back of another building to reach the front of the store, which is a bit awkward. I recommend putting up a sign in the parking lot to guide customers to the front of the store. Nevertheless, I would still give this location a 5-star rating based on the excellent service and food quality.

You can choose between white bread and multi-grain bread, something that is unique to this burger joint. Overall, it's a good choice for a vegetarian meal.

They only ever messed up my order once.
