Halifax's best restaurant, with good reason, is arguably the one we started with some great cocktails and appetizers, like the excellent tuna tartare and the polenta.
The last time I was in Halifax, I found this hidden gem to be closed during lunch hours. So, this time, I made sure to visit right after my flight landed.
