Tried to explain there was a price difference and... read more Horrible experience at this Burrito Jax today, won?t be going back. We asked for quesadillas and got burritos. Tried to explain there was a price difference and we were told the prices on the menu were old and that they cost the same. We also ordered chipsand salsa and got charged $6 for the salsa alone plus another $2 for the chips when the menu says $3.19 for both. Would notrecommend eating here.

Basically it was filled with rice. No smashed beans, no cranberry, barely any meat and I had asked for all the veggies and all I remember some corn and a few pieces of lettuce. Honestly I never complain but the quality has gone down.Way down.

He asked what kind of meat I wanted while I was putting in my order and I told him I didn 't want meat. I asked what kind of meat substitute they had three times and never got an answer. When he was actually making my tacos I asked againwhat they had for meat substitute and didn 't really get an answer. I asked if they had black beans and he told me that the blackbeans would make my taco soggy. Asked what others people would get if they didn 't eat meat and he said just vegetables. I hadalready paid for my order and didn 't want just vegetables (I would have just ordered a salad if that 's all I had wanted) so Igot the black beans anyways. After eating the soggy tacos I then found out that they have smashed beans and was never offeredthat as a substitute. I wonder why other taco places can use black beans as a meat substitute and not have soggy tacos but thisplace can 't do the same.

The food was excellent and served quickly despite how busy it... read more I went to CH Jax today for lunch with 5 colleagues, 3 of whom had never tried Burrito Jax before. The food was excellent and served quickly despite how busy it was. The staff were incredible and very patient with the newcomers. We all plan on returning and bringing more friends next time.
