Was Wayneann at 3sixty a mag?
The spacious room at 3sixty featured an excellent bed, was quiet, and had good temperature control. However, the absence of a safe was a significant drawback. Towels were not replaced, and there were food crumbs on the floor. The shower gel had an unpleasant scent. The breakfast buffet menu was limited and did not meet the standards expected from a Marriott. The location is excellent, situated on the waterfront and w... View all feedback.

What Kevin H dislikes about 3sixty:
I visited this restaurant with high hopes, lured in by the enticing advertisement for all-you-can-eat prime rib at just $9.99. What a bargain! The picture in the ad was so appealing, showcasing a juicy, mouthwatering cut of meat that made my mouth water. However, when I arrived and requested a prime rib, I was told, "Sorry, we only have the overcooked ones that you won't want to eat." The poster mentioned some condit... View all feedback.

I Booked a King Suite over Labor Day weekend. Check in and out was painless. The room was clean with no issues at all. The bed was super comfy. I had breakfast in the restaurant which was amazing. The pool was clean and well equipped with plenty of towels. The hot tub was relaxing and the gym had more than enough equipment. Overall it was a great weekend.

I don't write reviews often, but the service at the Marriott Harbourfront Hotel was outstanding so I wanted to make sure I wrote a review. We arrived early, and the front desk graciously allowed us to check-in early. I realize that if a room wasn't available, we might not have been able to do so, but the attitude of the person checking us in was very gracious and welcoming. He recommended the seafood chowder in the restaurant which was delicious and also a local restaurant, The Bicycle Thief, which was equally good! At check-out we were again treated in a very gracious and friendly manner which is not always the case at all hotels/B&B's. The rooms were very nice, but because of the friendliness of the front desk, we will definitely consider staying again the next time we were in Halifax.

My hubby and I have been coming here once a year or more if we celebrate something special or just want a nice getaway. But this seems to be our spot! Staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to everything downtown and is attached to the walking path, so if the weather's crumby, you're covered to get to the shops around the city! Pro tip: order all of the Espresso Martinis and (not photographed here) they make a damn good Aperol Spritz, highly recommend

Oh wow if you're coming to Halifax what a great location. The staff is brilliant our room is clean and well maintained. That said, the style is showing its age but we love it. For the size of the room, time of year and location that the price was reasonable. The price for parking per day I thought could have been included.

We had our first visit to Halifax and this hotel exceeded our expectations compared to other places we've stayed. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant was stunning, serving up delicious food and enjoyable cocktails—especially recommend trying the smoky old fashioned. The pool and hot tub were easy to locate and provided a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring the harbor. The location couldn’t be better; it’s just a short walk to the harbor and all the city's attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants to discover nearby. It’s an ideal spot to experience a little bit of everything and the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

I'm surprised by the restaurant's rating, but I'm also grateful that my experiences here have been positive. We initially intended to order appetizers, but when I saw the Original Sin burger on the menu, I couldn't resist ordering it. This burger included tomato jam (which is not ketchup), smoked bacon, blue cheese, arugula, avocado dressing, and pickled apple, all served on a sundried tomato bun. It was an incredibly delicious and juicy combination, and I would definitely order this burger again. The pickled apple was a delightful new topping that I really enjoyed! The fries on the side were great too—nothing extraordinary, but definitely above average. My friend ordered the wings; while they were a bit pricey at $16 for 1 lb (yikes!), he had no complaints and said they were made just right.

However, when I arrived and requested a prime rib, I was told, "Sorry, we only have the overcooked ones that you won't want to eat." The poster mentioned some conditions, but it should have really stated that the quality won't match what you see. It's a clear example of misleading advertising. If you're after cheap prime rib, this is the place for you; however, if it's quality you're seeking, I suggest you keep looking.

I visited the restaurant around 12:30 PM. The food was good, but the wait for the burger was a bit lengthy. The waiter was nice, and the prices were reasonable.

Came here by myself one evening in September 2017 as I had some time to kill before an appointment, and wanted to check out this new restaurant since they opened. I ended up sitting at the bar and getting nachos rather than take a table, although it was very quiet and I could have sat anywhere I wanted. The nachos themselves weren't anything great, but nothing bad about them, with your average amount of cheese veggies, cups of salsa sour cream. I am unable to view their online menu right now to see the price, but am guessing in the $11ish range or so. Very friendly service, I do recall. I came back for lunch within a week or so of that first visit, and both myself and my friend wanted to try their all day breakfast with toast, home fries, eggs and choice of meat. Nothing memorable about this either, but was satisfying and zero complaints. $6 with your Players Club card, which is a fantastic price. Even if you don't gamble, worth signing up for the card just for that alone. Mine you, it's only an extra dollar if you don't have a card. We took a table in the main dining section this day, and there was still some set-up going on with the place being new, a few boxes lying around, etc but nothing in our way. Capacity for a good 100 I would say, and they have an enclosed circular section for those who are eating the buffet. It wasn't being served during either of my visits. Service took a bit longer this time, and it seem unorganized, but again, no big deal and overall was an okay meal. 3rd visit: a Tuesday evening around 6pm, only two other tables were taken. The server was very friendly. I tried the Cobb salad and it was quiet good, but I didn't realize it came with blue cheese, which I don't like, so I ate around that. My friend had the chicken fingers and commented that they were done very well, crispy on the outside, very juicy inside, with mild wing sauce requested, and frozen fries. Overall, if you are at the casino anyway, and you get hungry but don't feel like walking to an outside restaurant, this place will give you options as the menu is pretty broad. Despite the food in those two visits being average, I'd gladly eat here again anytime and try some other things, particularly their $10 buffet deal where each day of the week has a different theme. 4th visit: a Friday night in November for their monthly special of the 2-for-1 haddock dinner. There was a wait in line of 40 minutes so they gave us a pager to go kill time on the slots. (shorter wait than during lobster month). The meal was great when you think of the fact that it's $5 per person. You get a fairly good sized haddock filet with a lemon sauce, side of mashed potatoes fresh veggies (carrot, broccoli, cauliflower). I'd go for this again...

This was my first visit to a buffet since the infamous trip to the Sizzler in Florida a few years back. I was apprehensive about heading to the Casino, but my friend insisted that the trip would be worth it. My attitude did not change when we got there and saw only a handful of people in line just before the start of the buffet at 5 PM. There are different buffet themes for each day of the week; as it was a Sunday just two days from Christmas, there was more of a holiday theme as turkey was one of the main courses being served. The dining area of 3Sixty is rather spacious and our party were fortunate to have a spot close to the buffet line; this is always an advantage when you go to a buffet as you can see when the fresher products arrive. Other items served on this day included pepperoni pizza, various vegetables, Atlantic Prime Rib, rice, and mussels although I did not eat the latter. You also get unlimited refills for your beverages though I did not see an ice machine nowhere in sight. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items on display and I was even more impressed with the desserts (pies, cakes, and tarts) as I made two trips even though I had already made two lengthy trips for dinner. The fact that I paid just $11.50 for the entire night (provided you have a Player's Club card) made the experience all the more enjoyable. I do think this is an absolute steal compared to some of the other food offered in the downtown area.

The buffet is fantastic! Every weekday, they have a special dinner menu featuring lobster and prime rib, which are both exceptional. However, be prepared for a lengthy wait when lobster is being served!
