one of the best cafe' and healthy food shops in london. good quality eating, really good products with a wide range, but the best part is the personal: friendly, always supportive and with a big smile on the face. I was charged £6.20 for two red peppers. Now, I do understand this is a hipster place etc… but £3.1 a pepper is something I’ve never seen before. They finally gave me the peppers for half price which made me wonder how many people get ripped off from this place. I’ll never shop there again View all feedback.
I visited the Grocery for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the products and the excellent service from the staff. I will definitely be returning in the future!
Really good products! But the cashier who speaks french made me very uncomfortable. He kept pulling the products back from my hand at the till and made comments about south indians. You know you have a problem with this cashier and you fail to fire him? Makes me questions if you really care about your customers.
The cashier was extremely rude, it seemed like he is just there to pass on his anger. All the other reviews for this store are the same so either he is the owner or they aren’t listening. Disappointing as it is actually a nice store, he just needs to learn some manners.
Loved this place! The lady who served us was very knowledgable about wine and recommended us two gorgeous organic orange wines. She allowed us to taste them before buying and rest assured a few glasses later we decided to buy two bottles to take home ! Great experience and will definitely be coming back.
Love shopping from here. I find myself shopping a wine once a week almost and Lucia from the ladies at the wine vault are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even the grocery part of it has some interesting finds which we enjoy trying.
