Was Anonym at Long White Cloud a mag?
Kiwi Spirit is located in London's East End. During my visit to my daughter in London, I was not willing to pay a high price for a subpar hotel breakfast. So we decided to search for a typical East End café while out exploring. What we stumbled upon was a delightful surprise - the spirit of New Zealand in the "Land of the Long White Cloud". Expat Kiwis and visitors to New Zealand will recognize that the name is the E... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Long White Cloud:
Situated on the famous Hackney Road (where all the cool people live now) the Long White Cloud is one of East London’s regular haunts for locals in the area. The staff and owners here are incredibly friendly, welcoming and laid back – nothing would be too much trouble for these guys. The one thing i do love about the Long White Cloud is that it plays host to its very own gallery. With white blank canvas walls they exh... View all feedback.

I was having a terrible day when I walked in and I walked out in a great mood thanks to the friendly blonde girl with great tattoos who served me a delectable coffee! Would come again in a heartbeat. You don’t want to see me without my coffee! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10
I was the on Saturday and asked for an americano, coffee extraction was only 11 seconds when complained about the coffee a member of staff (not barista) roll her eyes and reply with rude manners. All i can say is either get a coffee course or quit the job if you hate it that much but dont roll your eyes to customers mate. Service: Takeaway

Local café at its best! Reasonably priced. Nothing pretentious, just good food and friendly service. You can really sense the community feel here, having breakfast with the locals or with those who just came from the Flower Market on Columbia Rd. Great vegetarian and vegan choices.
Amazing staff, who give a warm welcome as soon as you arrive! And not to forget… delicious food! My go-to place for breakfast or lunch! 10/10 would highly recommend.
The best coffee you’ll find in East London and for the best Price! Every time I’m rushing to the Hoxton station, I know that I can grab a coffee here in less than a minute because they’re so speedy and reliable. The staff are also SUUUUPER lovely, Mehmet and Ellie. A real community feeling. Ps, try the banana bread, it’s phenomenal.

WOW, ever since I first popped my head in last year, this place has been my lunchtime mecca. The MOST friendly staff you will ever meet, they make me laugh and smile when the clouds outside are grey, inside the Long white cloud, the clouds are always shining bright! I feel more than a customer now, I feel like a member of the cloud family. The list of friends and lovely conversations I have made in this cafe is as long as the clouds themselves! Also, they have the BEST SANDWICHES AND COFFEE IN THE WHOLE OF THE UK, made with quality ingredients, care and most importantly love.
Owned by Turkish delightful young man. Professional and friendly, attentive too. The space is relaxe, you can have a conversation because the music it’s just playing on the background. It’s clean. You can watch the chef preparing in the most efficient manner. The food is delicious. French toast in particular. Cakes are home made. Coffee is strong and delicious. Good atmosphere.
Went on Sunday to visit Columbia Road Flower market. Our train journey from Kent lead us to Hoxton Station. We were looking for a toilet at the station without success!! So continued walking and just around the corner was this shinning star. Beautifully clean and bright. Walked in and asked if they had a toilet we could use and said that we would obviously buy something . OMG what a beautiful kind person was serving. This lovely man said that it was not a problem and we didnt have to purchase anything, just to use his toilet facilities. What an absolute genuine kind and thoughtful person. The goodies on sale looked amazing and we were spoilt for choice. But just seeing the Banana Bread on display was a no brainer. Bought 2 slices and without doubt it is the best Banana Bread we have tasted. Awesome. Just wished I lived closer as would love to visit this hidden gem more regularly.
Fab neighbourhood cafe that has kept up with the pace really well. Great veggie and vegan options for breakfast and lunch and lots of choice. I had an oat milk cappuccino, vegan breakfast and green juice. Positives were the really tasty food, great bread and overall a generous portion and the chilled atmosphere, perfect for a lazy weekend. Only reasons it hasn’t made 5/5 are the fact the juice didn’t arrive till we’d finished eating, I’d had to go and ask for it again and was a bit surprised not to get an apology, and he fact the vegan breakfast is advertised as including falafel and it was one ball! Minor but disappointing. Anyway all round will go again and again, not often there’s so much choice, good quality food and good vibes.

Do not let them stand out from the inconvenient frontage to this caffe, it is a jewel for freshly made, healthy breakfast, brunettes and lunch. the employees love to eat that they treat the ingredients with care and present it so well and are dedicated not only to customer service, but to hospitality. o and our breakfast tasted wonderful!
This place is fantastic. eating is beautiful and so are the people. while waiting for my food, a homeless woman came to buy a coffee for a pound. the gentleman I suspect is the owner asked her if she had hunger. it was, and he offered her a sandwich, not only to be astonished or something; but he let them get a hot sandwich. he was very kind and respectful to her, who warmed my heart to see. When my food arrived, I was very satisfied with the quality and taste of my company. I would have paid twice for the experience.
My local coffee shop Always makes good coffees, love all the food, cakes and bakes. I can never make up my mind what to pick and always want to eat a bit of everything as there's so much tasty choice!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
