This restaurant has garnered a reputation for consistently disappointing patrons. Despite an initially promising menu, the food quality has deteriorated, with complaints of undercooked chicken, incorrect orders, and unappetizing meals. The service leaves much to be desired, as evidenced by rudeness from management and staff, coupled with a lack of proper food hygiene practices. Additionally, availability of popular menu items seems to dwindle as dining hours progress. While the establishment may attract crowds due to its low prices, potential customers may find themselves better served elsewhere, particularly given the persistent issues plaguing this location.

I used to stop going to this restaurant for months because the chicken was undercooked twice. However, I recently started going back with a friend, and my last four visits have been terrible. My orders were incorrect three times, and the original chicken was crispy twice. We couldn't dine in because the air conditioning had been out for a couple of months. The manager, Randy, has no customer service skills and his attitude is awful. He made an incorrect order in the drive-thru once, and my husband didn't go back. The next time, I ordered inside and he did the same thing, so I had to take it back. Once, he gave my order to someone else through the drive-thru while I was at the counter. I explained that it was unsanitary and should have been disposed of, and asked for a remake of my order. Tonight was the last straw for me. The chicken was hard, dry, and tasted freezer burned. The manager upcharged me for white meat, claiming that was all he had, and refused to correct the situation. Overall, my experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing, and this will be my last visit.
Never will I order from this branch through Ubereats ever again. This is the second time they have missed items from my order and then when I contacted Ubereats they said I have asked for too many refunds in the past and they weren’t going to refund me anything. This is my second incorrect order, what am I supposed to do, ignore their incompetence? KFC make two mistakes and somehow I’m a criminal and don’t deserve to be refunded. Please do not order from this branch or from Ubereats. They are both cheats. Spread the word just like I’m doing.
Second visit to this branch, second time they haven’t had what I wanted “no burgers”, “no hot wings” at only 20:30. Only seem interested in Deliveroo orders and the other customers had been waiting a long time just to get served, let alone disappointed that they didn’t have what they wanted. Walked out, avoid.
This restaurant is the worst place to eat. The food is cheap, unhealthy, and lacks any healthy options. Despite the friendly and fan staff, the quality of the food is disappointing.
A branch of the Kentucky Fried Chicken...it is cheap and cheerfull...across from Finsbury Park no real sitting area but a good take away....avoid from 11-13 or 3-4....here is a local college nearby and it will be packed with students....(I used to b one)
