However, I recently started going back with a friend, and my last... read more I used to stop going to this restaurant for months because the chicken was undercooked twice. However, I recently started going back with a friend, and my last four visits have been terrible. My orders were incorrect three times, and the original chicken was crispy twice. We couldn't dine in because the air conditioning had been out for a couple of months. The manager, Randy, has no customer service skills and his attitude is awful. He made an incorrect order in the drive-thru once, and my husband didn't go back. The next time, I ordered inside and he did the same thing, so I had to take it back. Once, he gave my order to someone else through the drive-thru while I was at the counter. I explained that it was unsanitary and should have been disposed of, and asked for a remake of my order. Tonight was the last straw for me. The chicken was hard, dry, and tasted freezer burned. The manager upcharged me for white meat, claiming that was all he had, and refused to correct the situation. Overall, my experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing, and this will be my last visit.

This is the second time they have missed items from my order and then when I contacted Ubereats they said I have asked for too many refunds in the past and they weren’t going to refund me anything. This is my second incorrect order, what am I supposed to do, ignore their incompetence? KFC make two mistakes and somehow I’m a criminal and don’t deserve to be refunded. Please do not order from this branch or from Ubereats. They are both cheats. Spread the word just like I’m doing.

Only seem interested in Deliveroo orders and the other customers had been waiting a long time just to get served, let alone disappointed that they didn’t have what they wanted. Walked out, avoid.
