What Tim Kraska likes about Maritime Grille, LLC:
Classic Connecticut roadside happy hour spot. Some outdoor seating combined with a dark and comfortable bar and dining room. There are two menus to choose from. One is the new england American style menu and the other is a Thai menu for the Thai restaurant that is attached to the building. You can choose from both and the food is solid. I had the prime rib, blackened, and it was fantastic. The doc rub was really tast... View all feedback. What Bruce Sibel doesn't like about Maritime Grille, LLC:

read moreMaritime Grille is a classic Connecticut roadside spot that offers two menus: one for traditional New England American cuisine and another for Thai dishes. The restaurant has a comfortable and cozy bar and dining room, with outdoor seating available as well. The food is solid, with options like prime rib and crabby patty, which are both highly recommended. The establishment is a local favorite, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like a regular. The owners, Peter and Sophia, are personable and hard-working, ensuring a great dining experience for all. While the physical space might feel a bit dated, the menu has improved significantly since the addition of the Thai restaurant. Overall, Maritime Grille is a hidden gem that provides excellent food, drinks, and service, making it a must-visit for those in the area.
