We snagged Neil’s as part of donut challenge at work, choosing the key lime and glazed. The glazed was a solid flavor throughout and took the win because of it. I’m not a key lime fan but I gave it a go. The icing was a nice flavor but the filling was a little off in texture. A friend has been recommending for years and we finally found time to make the drive. It was well worth it...both times. We've only tried the donuts, but they're my favorite donut in Connecticut so far. Their light, fluffy and not greasy yeasted donuts have no overblown decorations or flavor combinations. Very good coffee, too. Highly encourage you to get there! They would be successful anywhere they decide to open a location...in Western Connecticut. *hint* *hint*
