Haven't been to an Applebee's in a while and well it's pretty much the same as always. Good food at a good price. Nothing too fancy and that's okay. Appetizers are always great here, artichoke dip is one of my favorites. Riblets are also an easy go to if you can't decide what to get. View all feedback. Terrible customer service. They answer calls and immediately hang them up. They wait until 12 o’clock to let all the delivery orders be cancelled.. They do answer after 12 however, to let you know they are closed smh. If you don’t wanna do your job, just find another one. View all feedback.

We don't do Applebee's often. We really enjoyed everything with the exception of the mashed potatoes, they had no flavor.
Took a long time to get seated in a nearly empty restaurant, food came out cold, and staff seemed very confused.
