Went here today ordered meals for 2. Customer service was slack. No friendly faces throughout the store. I had to keep asking for things that was supposed to come with my order multiple times after spending $40+ on the meal. Only to be met with an attitude and a 15-20+ wait at the window , for 2 burnt pieces of bread. Gladly turned around and brought it back for new ones. Was not worth it, do not think I will be back any time soon Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
Since Patricia Manager, this place is absolutely amazing! Best experience every time I come. And older Lord [both white and black] helped me patiently with my order and sweet tea. Great service around??????
Was not here in a while, decided to try again. Was greeted by the nicest man who wanted to thank us for coming, and the man in the register was also very nice. Sandwich was delicious. Other places need to take notes on how to give good service like this place!
Always great food and service. It's been a while since we last had dinner there, but still the same good sandwiches!
I've been here lately. Store is always quite clean. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Bathrooms could use some work because 1 toilet would not rinse because the lever was broken and the soap dispenser was sitting on the floor. I give this place another 5 stars, although I didn't come for the bathrooms for the amazing seedlings. I can't recommend the smokey figs enough. That's a good sandwich. The price is pretty high, but as soon as you bite Sammy, you'll know that the money was invested well. EDIT: So I've been here many times and why it just never stops being amazing. Staff here are some amazing people and are a pleasure to be around. Very attentive and well entertained. The bathrooms were fixed the visit after I made the comment, so this is also a plus. I would say the only thing I could complain about is the confusing family meal that the app says costs $24.99, but after adding meals dead he cart comes around $78. The staff seems just as confused.
