Updating my review from a few years ago... TERRIBLE. I usually go to the one on 42 in Florence but this one is right next to my house, so started going if I needed coffee in a hurry some mornings. Gave them 3 chances but it was always gross. I get a med iced with 4 skim, 4 Splenda, 4 mocha. Could tell they weren't putting it all in or their pumps were super small. Welcoming and wonderful Employees! Skylin made my Iced Coffee quick and it was delicious! I did not catch the woman that took my order, but she was also lovely and super sweet! Whoever trained them did a well job!
There is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to this store! The people working there make you feel as if you’ve known them forever. High quality food and service! I love my crescent springs dunkin!!
