Updating my review from a few years ago... TERRIBLE. I usually go to the one on 42 in Florence but this one is right next to my house, so started going if I needed coffee in a hurry some mornings. Gave them 3 chances but it was always gross. I get a med iced with 4 skim, 4 Splenda, 4 mocha. Could tell they weren't putting it all in or their pumps were super small.
