I could hear the employee making disrespectful comments in the background, which was completely unprofessional. I informed him that I could hear him and asked him to stop. This type of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Fortunately, another employee came to assist me and rectified the situation in a professional manner, without the rude behavior and attitude of the previous employee. It is unfortunate that one employee behaved in such a manner, as it does not reflect the professionalism of the other employees. Customers should never feel intimidated or belittled when requesting corrections to their orders. Dunkin' Donuts must address this issue with the employee in question.

I can't stand when there's too much bagel and not enough cream cheese. Other Dunkin' Donuts locations should take notes from this place.
