The meal came with four sides — I picked... read more I walked in around 7:30 pm and ordered the 16-piece family meal. They were out of chicken breasts, which I didn’t mind. The meal came with four sides — I picked two potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and fries. They gave me the sauce I requested, but when I checked my order before leaving, I realized I only received one gravy instead of two, so I had to ask for the second one. Aside from that, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and my order was ready quickly. The family loved it. A win for mom!

They... read more My grandchildren spotted a KFC ad and really wanted to try it. However, since I’m on a tight budget, I thought the 8-piece meal for $14.49 was a good deal. They kept urging me to add extra sides and assured me that the chicken was extra crispy, but when I went to pay, the total came to $22.50 instead. I mentioned the discrepancy to the cashier, but they couldn't explain it. Feeling uneasy about the situation and with a line of customers waiting behind me, I decided to pay and leave. After feeling like I was taken advantage of, I don’t intend to return to this restaurant.

The fries in all three meals were soggy and completely lacking in flavor. The lemonade was essentially just water—extremely clear and utterly flavorless. The mashed potatoes with gravy turned out to be mostly gravy, with just a small amount of mashed potatoes. It seems like either the staff doesn't care or the restaurant has really declined. I had to give it one star just to submit the review.
