The manager, Easy, is very friendly and professional. The food has significantly improved! I typically place my order online for pickup, and since he started working during my usual shift, the wings have been cooked perfectly. I can actually taste the chicken, rather than just the sauce. We didn't receive our carrots and celery this time, but I'm still giving a 5-star review because I've realized that over the past two years, amid all the chaos, this Gresham Wingstop has been one of our top choices for takeout and has never missed anything on our orders. We've placed multiple orders for various people, and everything has always been correct. No worries—I have some carrots and celery in my fridge and, as usual, great wings. Thanks for all that you do!

This employee appeared to be under a lot of pressure and took it out on the first polite customer they encountered. Wingstop should consider better support for their employees to prevent them from taking frustrations out on customers. Perhaps management training, order limits when short-staffed, more vacation time, and higher wages could help employees feel more valued. I will never return to this location and will never forget how badly I was treated.
I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, and upon arriving, I was told they couldn't locate my order because their internet was down. I completely understood and wasn’t concerned. The staff member at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude throughout the entire situation. When the employee asked for guidance, the manager said my order wasn’t in the system and told him to cancel it. He mistakenly assumed I was a delivery driver and didn’t listen when the employee clarified it was my order. The manager then approached me, said they couldn't find my order, and told me to cancel the delivery. I explained that I wasn’t a driver and was there to pick up my food. His response was that it wasn’t his problem, which surprised me. When I asked if I would receive my food, he said he was too busy to deal with it and walked away. Luckily, the counter staff was very accommodating, noted down my order, quickly prepared it, and apologized for the manager’s behavior. The food was good, and the customer service from the staff was excellent. However, the manager clearly shouldn’t be in a leadership role if this is how he treats customers and employees.
