They were quick to respond to my needs and questions, which really enhanced the dining experience. Their wrapping of the sandwich was done with perfect precision. The ambiance was just right for a casual meal, making it an ideal location for a quick lunch or a laid-back afternoon. However, there was one area that could use some improvement: the texture of the sandwich. While the flavors were generally enjoyable, the sandwich was slightly dry, which took away from what could have been a perfect dining experience. Despite dealing with some challenging customers and a busy drive-thru, they kept their composure and handled the rush promptly. After a disappointing experience at a Subway in Central Oregon, I was really looking forward to getting my sandwich, and it truly hit the spot. The produce could always be a bit fresher at any Subway I've visited, but these days, I'm just grateful that they had everything in stock. Thank you, Gresham Subway! You did a fantastic job this time!

They are incredibly friendly and treat every customer with kindness, even when faced with less-than-friendly attitudes. They always greet me with a smile, and one of the staff members even remembers my regular order. While I do tend to get the same thing each time, it's unusual to find a place where employees genuinely remember their customers. They are fantastic! If you visit other Subway locations, you’re missing out, because this team is truly exceptional.
