Even my husband, who doesn't usually like red velvet, was impressed on his first bite. The texture and flavor were outstanding. The gentleman who took my order was very patient and helpful, despite my lack of a clear vision. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

We have ordered cakes and cupcakes for my daughter's birthday here for the past two years, and they never disappoint in terms of design and taste. These are the most delicious cakes, cupcakes, and icing I have ever had, and everyone who tries them agrees. Their decorating skills are amazing and they nailed exactly what I asked for. They are great at communicating and making sure everything is clear. I will definitely be ordering from Sugar Cubed again!

They always delight! Thank you for making our dream cake for our dream wedding! We ordered the two tier custom cake with churro as the top tier and berry cobbler as the bottom tier. These two flavors make the perfect complement for the not too sweet butter cream frosting! When they say their fondant frosting is different, trust me it is, in all the right ways. It’s light and tasty and the perfect canvas to paint the forest and mountain scene from our wedding invitation. Thanks again for the beautiful, yummy cake!

I ha... read more I was so excited to order cupcakes this morning for my daughter's birthday party, it's one of the only places that offers gluten-free and regular cupcakes. I have called three times leading up to today, to check the flavors and if I can special order anything ahead of time. I was told repeatedly that you can't order ahead, just come when they open on Saturday morning. I was there right when they opened, and they didn't even have enough of the two flavors I was looking for (which was literally FIVE of one flavor). Because there wasn't enough, I couldn't get the dozen pricing. I asked if there was going to be more made, or more in the back, and was told no. A half hour after I left I called to doublecheck their flavors, and what do you know, they had made more of what I had ordered and that they had ran out of. This seems like a slimy way of getting people to pay more, or buy other kinds that aren't as popular. I'm very disappointed that my situation was handled so unprofessional. I ended up paying more than I should have, for not the flavors I was intending to buy. I will not be returning for any of my other kids birthdays. I hope this can serve as a warning to other potential customers. I was very disappointed with my experience and the service.
