**Restaurant Experience: A Blend of Hits and Misses**
The dining experience at this establishment presents a mixed bag. While some patrons appreciate the fresh ingredients and prompt service, others lament the inconsistencies in food quality and staff attitudes. Complaints about cold items, long lines, and unprofessional behavior from staff mar the experience. However, moments of exceptional service shine through, as certain employees go above and beyond for their customers. Despite a few highlights, the overall sentiment suggests that substantial improvements are needed in service and food consistency to meet customer expectations. For those seeking a reliable option, another location may be worth considering.
Was Judith L Geisler at Panda Express a mag?
I really like Panda Express, but I've noticed that it's getting quite expensive. I usually order take-out, and luckily, I can typically stretch each order into two meals. View all feedback.
What Eric Arellano dislikes about Panda Express:
I was quite disappointed to discover that they had run out of all the appetizers right at the beginning of lunch service, and it appeared that some dishes weren't even being made. View all feedback.

Food is Ok. Cashier rolled his eyes when I asked for fortune cookie and chopsticks... Then the soda machine shot black chunks of who knows what into my drink. Maybe charcoal??? A good location I would be hesitant to continue stoppping at
Really disappointed in our last visit to the point where we had to actually email the company. The portions were much smaller than normal, and they were seriously lacking in protein, for example the broccoli beef had literally 2 tiny scraps of beef, themushroom chicken as well there were only a couple pieces of chicken. They had also not labeled our order and it took about 15minutes to get it, even though it was ready the whole time and just sitting there. Then when I did get it, some other employeetried to take it back saying it didn't have my name on it, but by that point it did and it was definitely my order. It was justnot a great visit to panda. I'll go to the Sandy one from now on
After dining at several restaurants, I've noticed that the main difference tends to be the service. It's hard to evaluate service when it seems like there are always different staff members on duty. Often, it's young employees who don't seem particularly invested in the experience—asking what you'd like, taking your money, and that's it. This isn't a complaint; it's simply the reality of our times. I miss the days when you were genuinely thanked for your business and invited to return.
I was really appalled by the poor attitudes of the staff at the counter during my visit last night. There was a long line of customers, and while three girls were behind the counter, only one was actually taking orders. She clearly seemed stressed by the hostile work environment and the lack of assistance. At one point, another staff member came from the back and started quietly yelling at her about something, while yet another girl discarded the order of the one taking orders, presumably because it had been sitting there too long and she hadn’t taken her break yet. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially in front of a line full of waiting customers. It was evident that the girl who was making orders couldn’t take her break due to the overwhelming number of people waiting, and she was the only one stepping up to do her job. You could see she was trying to hold back tears, but she nervously laughed it off and continued working. It was really disappointing to witness such behavior.
Despite being close to closing time, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They even prepared items that had sold out upon request. The restaurant was clean, and while I was enjoying my Beyond Orange Chicken, the manager approached me and offered a completely fresh order, just because she wanted to ensure I had the best experience. She deserves a gold star for her outstanding service!

My favorite place to eat. It's consistently decent. The food is prepared quickly and tastes fresh. Everything is good, from the rice and teriyaki to the mushroom and orange chicken.
The teamwork at this restaurant was lacking. The cashier called out the pending orders, but the cook acknowledged it and then proceeded to not prepare the food. Additionally, the smell inside this particular location was quite unpleasant.

Really delicious food! My friend was able to easily eat there even though he's currently on a very restrictive dietDietary restrictions: Friend can't have dairy or gluten and is trying to avoid sugar when possible so he had the fried rice and teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki sauce which he said was still really yummy
If you want to pay full price for half the portions this is the spot for you!!!

After eating at various restaurants, I've realized that the key difference often lies in the quality of service. It's hard to assess the service when it seems like there's a revolving door of new staff who don't pay much attention. Most of the time, they come off as indifferent, merely taking your order, processing your payment, and sending you on your way. This isn't a complaint, just a reflection on the state of dining today. I miss the days when restaurants truly valued their customers and made an effort to encourage their return.
First time at this location as I normally go to the one in happy valley, today I just happened to be near here so I decided to give it a try. As I walked through the door I was greeted and there was only one girl taking orders so the line was a tad bit long. There was an old lady ordering food and for some reason she got upset and called for a manager to come and make her order. Which held up the line a bit more because she only wanted fresh food. When it was my turn to order a majority of the foods were gone not to mention it was sitting under no light and heat meaning half the food was stone cold. The worker was nice about it and said that hot and fresh food would be out in a few minutes. Wait wasn?t the problem for me. The girl took my order and as new food came out she gave me good portion sizes. When I received my plate the only thing that was cold was the orange chicken. Other than that everything else was fine and thank you to the nice worker for being patient with everyone.
Excellent food and good costumer service. I would give five if they have more shrimps dishes options.
The food at this restaurant is simply average, not up to par with other places. Tonight, there was a long line outside, and I noticed the manager spent about 20 minutes conversing with one table while his staff struggled to manage service. I had to go back to the counter to resolve an issue with my order. I realize it's fast food, but there should still be a reasonable standard of service. I won't be returning. If you're in the mood for Panda, I suggest visiting the location in Gresham instead. The food is better there, and the staff are much friendlier. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing.
