When my wife arrived home with the food, the Portland Dip did not have the au jus... read more Placed a to-go order tonight, ordered Portland Dip with a cup of clam chowder. When my wife arrived home with the food, the Portland Dip did not have the au jus and there was no soup. This has happened before when I ordered through Door Dash, but Iassumed the delivery driver messed up. Tonight, I called the restaurant and they re-made the order. When we went back to pick upthe food, I double-checked the bag before we left the parking lot. They had once again forgotten the au jus for the PortlandDip. I had to go back in the restaurant and ask them to complete the meal as ordered. I barely got an apology and there was noattempt to make up for the waste of my time and gas to drive back. McMenamins lost a long time customer tonight.
