They put in the chow mein, cut up the chicken and add it in, then put on the lid. As I'm paying l, I ask for teriyaki sauce. They say they're not cooking anymore so there's no more teriyaki sauce. How can you serve teriyaki chicken with the teriyaki sauce?! By this time, my card has already been charged so I just said whatever and left. But seriously?

Especially the orange ch... read more The only reason i gave this review 4 stars is the food quality. Compared with the location in Hazel Dell in Wa, food is not that great. Especially the orange chicken. It feels overcooked and to much vinegar in it. Ot maybe Msg. ? It smells like vinegar to me. I have tried for the first time mushroom chicken i have to say really good.But i need to try it out at a different location. People working there were great. Good job guys.

The manager, who wears glasses, treats the staff poorly and is the least friendly person in the restaurant. She yells and stomps around, leading to confused and mixed-up orders, and shows no sense of time management. Additionally, she raises her voice at customers at the cash register and becomes frustrated when they struggle to understand her. This place needs to improve.

While she... read more I urge all the employees to leave, except for the manager with glasses. Anyone who speaks to their staff in that manner does not deserve to have them. While she struggles to handle both online and in-person orders, it would be wise for her to reflect on her managerial skills and her communication style with both staff and customers. I felt a sense of secondhand embarrassment witnessing how she treated her team. As a manager myself, if my boss ever heard me speak to anyone in that way, there would be immediate and serious consequences, including potential termination. Forget about the food; I refuse to support a business that allows its managers to communicate with their staff like that. It's truly disappointing.
