I had the Kasoy Special Noodle Bowl for the first time, and it was delicious in every way. The broth was rich in flavor, and the noodles were wonderfully fresh. The Shish Kabab beef dish was equally delicious, and the bread was delightfully soft. Both places offer excellent value for your money, with generous portions and outstanding flavors!

There’s a nice variety of food carts to choose from, although it can sometimes be tricky to know which ones will be open on any given day, even with their posted hours. Despite this, we plan to keep coming back.

The wood-fired pizza was fantastic, the Himalayan cart is amazing, and the Ukrainian cart is open every day of the week, offering something truly unique. Even the Mexican cart had fresh and delicious options! I can't wait to return!

You'll find a great selection, including Blue's Incredible Pizza, Lillie on the Go, Healthy Panda, Ba Bay Quan, Kooten Janal, Shish Kabob, Tom Bing Sushi, Rolling Rocket Bubble Tea, Goblin Grill, E San Thai Cuisine, MegaDogs, Kasoy Co, Montiel's Cocina, Daily Dose of Aloha, and Flavor of India. More trucks are on the way, so stay tuned! There's ample seating and a parking lot available. Plus, it's conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the Ruby Junction station on the Max Blue Line and easily accessible from bike and walking trails.
