Jazzy Bagels - Gresham
Jazzy Bagels
Description
Jazzy Bagels captivates patrons with its delicious offerings and charming atmosphere, featuring live piano music and a cozy setting. Guests rave about the flavorful bagels and friendly staff, especially the hearty Farmer's breakfast sandwich. However, numerous reviews highlight significant service delays, with orders taking upwards of 30 minutes even during non-peak hours. While the bagels are celebrated, inconsistencies in preparation and accuracy have led to frustrations among customers. For those willing to navigate the sometimes slow service, Jazzy Bagels promises a unique experience, but timed visits, especially on busy weekends, are advisable to fully enjoy their delights.

I've always enjoyed this restaurant, but my latest visit was disappointing. My order was completely forgotten—despite being the second person to order, I ended up being the last one to leave. I tried to remain courteous during the situation, but now I'm reconsidering whether I want to return since my bagel was overlooked, and I had to remind them about it again. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
I recently relocated from California to Gresham and discovered this delightful restaurant. The bagels are simply delicious, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. I opted for a seat by the fireplace, which enhanced my dining experience with the lovely live piano music. The tranquil atmosphere is outstanding, and I can't wait to bring all of my friends and family here.
After all the hype and rave reviews, I regret to say that I was quite let down. We waited about half an hour in line, which felt excessive, especially with only four groups of two to four people ahead of us. I ordered an Everything Bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese. We all know what an Everything Bagel should taste like, right? It’s supposed to have a nice balance of fennel, a hint of onion, and that delicate mix of nuts and seeds. Unfortunately, the bagel I got was overwhelmingly flavored with garlic powder—and not even good garlic powder. To make things worse, they mixed up my friend’s order, and we only realized it when we got home. We didn’t feel like making the lengthy trip back. I’ll give them one more chance, but if this is their usual standard, I think I’ll skip it in the future.
Jazzy bagels jalapeño cream cheese on an everything bagel with lox and capers. They have delicious smoothies too. I don’t drink coffee but I’m told their coffee drinks are the bees. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is one of the butter bagel shops I've been to. They have so many different kinds of homemade bagels as well. With sandwich bagels on the menu, which are the best kind of sandwiches. They need more workers. Takes a long time to make one sandwich and the line can get really long. Will definitely come back though.
