I had a frustrating experience with my order: I requested a burrito with no veggies and extra sour cream, but I received one loaded with veggies and no sour cream. To make matters worse, all of my street tacos were wrong as well, and the other two orders were incorrect too. When I asked for additional items to be added, they weren't included. In total, I ended up wasting $75. The staff member nodded and said she understood me, but it was clear that she did not.
