Deas In Out

Deas In Out
4.2 / 5 (4179 reviews)

Description

Dea's, a beloved staple in Gresham, has cultivated a loyal following over the decades, drawing families and friends together with their iconic long burgers and delicious onion rings. While many reminisce about the comforting familiarity and quality of the food, recent reviews highlight a decline in consistency, particularly concerning portion quality and preparation. Customers appreciate the friendly service and nostalgia but lament overcooked meat and greasy sides. However, the restaurant remains a cherished destination for some, offering a retro vibe and a wide menu that keeps them coming back, if only for the fond memories and a few standout dishes.

Very interesting place Dea's In Out or Lucky D's as it's also known as. The front restaurant has just been opened after being closed several years after being remodeled. Upon entry you encounter a half round bar. The family friending section is to the left while the bar seating is to the right. There is also the back bar coincidentally in the back of the building as well. The updated front is nicer than one might expect. Plenty of screens to catch a game. The food is decent and I think they do put effort into it to try and stand out a bit. They offer a limited breakfast menu all day which is serviceable. My bartender/waitress was very friendly and conversational. It's worth coming in and seeing if it's your kind of jam. I think I'll try it again in the future. I kind of which to have come in years ago so I knew what the place used to be like with the previous ownership to compare. I am not sure my first message made it to you so I am sending it again . Just wanted to know if you will ever bring back you crispy onion rings your tempura batter soaks up to much of the oil and they are to thick your burgers are still great I sure hope you will consider changing back take care and be safe.

Overpriced for what You get. Have to buy items individually which means more profit for them. Red Robins has a tavern double with steak fries for about $7.00. Dea's would charge $12.00 JUST FOR THE BURGER WITH FRIES EXTRA and they charge for 1 fry sauce.. You would think someone would make a meal deal combo but seem too cheap to offer it.

I must say over many years I have loved the long burger. I live in Hillsboro now and used to make special trips to Gresham just to have one of there burgers. Not anymore. They are friendly and quick but they have changed the burger and I won't be stoppingever again.

Always feel at home in the back. There is outdoor seating. Quiet afternoon and between game watching and ales the place was spectacularly cleaned. Very attentive to customers. Engaging!
