None of them were fully blended, and the staf... read more I just purchased four Blizzards from the Gresham Burnside location, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. None of them were fully blended, and the staff didn't even hold them upside down because they were already melting. The caramel cheesecake Blizzard had Oreos instead of graham crackers. I won't be returning to this location; I'll be driving to Troutdale from now on.

They feature both classic and innovative garden options, and their blizzards are particularly impressive, coming in a variety of flavors. The chicken strip basket offers great value and is regarded as one of the best in the city. They also offer delivery service.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the behavior of the male manager and another male employee towards the young woman working the drive-thru was comp... read more The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the behavior of the male manager and another male employee towards the young woman working the drive-thru was completely unacceptable. It was evident that she was not adequately trained for her duties, as she appeared confused and inadvertently deleted my order. However, the manager’s aggressive tone and use of profanity towards her were unjustified. Instead of offering help, he spoke to her in a condescending manner. He even made a big deal about the change she gave me, criticizing her for not providing quarters. To make matters worse, another male employee made a derogatory comment about her math skills right in front of me. To the young woman working at the Dairy Queen drive-thru on Burnside in Gresham on July 10 around 6 or 7 PM, I sincerely apologize for the disrespectful treatment you endured. I truly hope you find a job elsewhere where you are valued and respected.

The blizzards are a must have in too many flavors to mention. The chicken strip basket is about the best in town for the money. Delivery is available.

I got the chicken tender box and my more than half my chicken was just overcooked breading, my fries were cold and the toast wasn't very toast y. Last time was fantastic, and the customer service is always on point. For the price though I would rather not waste so much food.
