Cool off with the best acai bowl and classic bubble tea at Core Coffee Gresham. Everything is fresh and exciting—right down to the core! I'm so proud of @Dianne Faligowski! Great job!
The atmosphere is delightful, and the coffee is excellent! They offer organic food, as well as beer, wine, and espresso. Core Coffee features a cozy fireplace, comfortable couches, and real mugs, making it a more sustainable choice. I'm truly impressed!
I absolutely love visiting this place to indulge myself. My go-to drink is usually a classic spicy chai, but sometimes I opt for a bubbly tea or an Italian soda. Their scones are my favorite treat, and their toasts and acai bowls are also delightful. I really admire what they've done with the space, especially the artwork on display from local artists—it's super cool!
Next came my avocado toast. It featured a generous layer of avocado on whole grain toast, topped with chopped herbs and salted pumpkin seeds. I always believe fresh herbs elevate a dish, but I was particularly impressed by how the smoky, salty, and rich pumpkin seeds complemented and contrasted the creamy avocado. This meal was such a delightful start to my day! The care that went into my breakfast has inspired me to dive back into my music, and I'm eager to try more from the menu. By the time I left at 10:30 AM, the place was bustling with happy chatter, filled to about three-quarters of its capacity. The seating options included bar stools, hard chairs at tables, and comfortable leather chairs in front of a cozy fireplace. However, I noticed there weren't many power outlets available, making it better suited for a pleasant meeting or personal enjoyment rather than a workspace—unless you're well-equipped with batteries!
My husband and I ordered chai tea latte and green tea latte with boba to go. Both tasted sooo good ! However I didn't really enjoy the boba as it was not as soft and chewy as I expected. The place was so lovely and I would love to spend some time there in the future. Service was quick.
