I love coming here but lately I have gotten rude service. May is amazing and always friendly but the other server Michael is the complete opposite. He never checks in, we had to ask him for more water which isn’t a big deal expect for he asked all other tables around us but not our table. When we had to ask him again for our ice cream, he completely ignored my husband. We know he heard due to the eye contact and him putting his hand up as he walked away. The host then began serving us and was sweet. It’s been the second time this has happened with him. First time we figured a bad day or being busy but the same thing happening again. Ignoring us being rude and brushing us off.
They changed the beef quality and it was so cheap and tough, the entire family's teeth hurt afterward. We did not enjoy our meal. The food tasted normal. You couldn't taste the change. But afterward everyone was in pain and we wanted our money back. It was literally so much work to eat the food, we left still hungry. The beef was HARD TO CHEW. GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE THE ENTIRE FAMILY TO THE DENTIST AFTER THIS.
They burned the food on the grill and it had no flavor
We have gone here several times and we will not be returning. We arrived to a packed house and should’ve just left but we were hungry so we stayed. We went through the line and scraped out what was left (which wasn’t much because of the huge crowds), and then waited nearly 30 minutes for our food to be cooked. I asked a frantic waitress if they had more food coming out and she said probably and ran off to go help other guests. The floor was covered in food and oil and everything was empty! They cooked our food after waiting forever, and when we got to our tables, we found our lukewarm soup and watered down/melted ice sodas waiting for us that had been there since we got in the line. We were still hungry after our first time through because they didn’t have a lot of stuff out, but we saw the line and decided to not go through that again. We left and made dinner at home instead. We rarely get date nights as busy parents so this was frustrating for us. They need to cap their numbers so it’s pleasant for everyone but they are too greedy to do that.
It was nice. Unlimited food, nice art on the back wall, and the men's bathroom was extremely clean. Overall 8/10,4/5
