I visited this restaurant for the second time and was disappointed that they did not use all of the sauce in my bowl. I only realized this after they had already served me. View all feedback.
What German Haley doesn't like about Chang's Mongolian Grill:
place has decent eating, place looks extremely underoccupied, the cook looked exhausted poor guy. everyone in the personal looked like they wanted to be everywhere, but there, probably in a cozy bed that observed something. good service. View all feedback.
Eat is good for the price $18.95 per person to dinner hours but I am not happy with the pfirsich tee costs $4 it tastes like tea flavor water, although I would have refilled free. the casser said it is mixed with sirup and jasmintee. the spices are very healthy, except soy sauce and sesame oil, I could hardly ingwer, garlic taste from the spice (water so much,) maybe I have to add more next time. there are some sauce in the bottle for a heavy taste like teriyaki = 5/28/22 for the owner: the tee was not even referred to as weak, it is aromatized lead water! how about they make sure that quality worthy $4?! apologise them, I didn't feel comfortable asking their personal to repair the quality because who knows that I could get an additional ingredient in the fixed tee. for their answer I have changed the evaluation only to two stars.
For what do I expect?. they expect that a nice guy cook otherwise idk why I am here price are expensive and eat are not fresh, but yes cuz it is all they can eat as well as always server are sweet tho
We sat very fast (within 5 minutes) the selections were plentiful and the grillmasters were amazing! tricks to do and conversate with the guests while eating cooked but was terrible. they served all the other tables immediately with rice, rice papers, suppe and drinks. we had to constantly ask them about the original rice and the water and were done halfway before they came! but all the others got a fast service with their refills and all. the only thing they started was to bring us the jack. it took us 2 hours to complete our meal from the lack of service and if hot tee its charged $3.25 (even never was at a place that was due for tee but to top it off we were all $3.25 for the tee (if I was the only one drink and the only one 1 with a cup) it was not removed from the bill for those who do not drink it! In addition, we have that bark heavy skin problems in the night and through the next day! Maybe food poisoning (they were the symptome,) but those who had chickens were in order! Egg flower soup lacked any taste more tasted like a light sugar water with eggs had to add a lot soy sauce and pfeffer to get any taste

With inflation, Chang's has water downed all their sauces so the flavor is not there anymore, and the food is now pretty bland, so need to add the plum sauces or sriracha sauces to give it flavor. Also the cooks are young, and have the grill to low, and they don't mix the food well on the grill. Been there twice, once in January and again in February, and it was the same both times. I rather pay a little more to get the flavor back. I won't be back
