The other night I stopped by to pick up food for me and my crew and as I pulled into line I contemplated getting out of line and going somewhere else because the line was so long. But before I could make up my mind if I should, I looked up and I was up to the speaker box being asked for my order. At this location they're frequently busy but I never have to wait for long. AND I have never had an order that was wrong in anyway. Every one of my visits I've had outstanding service. Every employee that I have encountered was pleasant, competent and efficient. Thank you to all of you, I appreciate you!
This is my default fast food place. Love that you can do lettuce wraps for burgers and I love to get their zucchini coins when I've got a coupon
Went in yesterday had a horrible experience was only there for a pick up order the drive through guy was so rude ! he handed me my order and 1 drink when I had 2 drinks a milkshake I asked him about the other 2 he was so annoyed to have to make them only gave me 2 straws the milkshake had ice cream all over the cup on the outside I was trying to put my drinks down since I didn’t get offered a drink carrier and he opened the window back up saying “wasn’t that everything” I said yes but I felt so uncomfortable disrespected! got home I was missing an item from my order in the bag he was slamming the window shut everytime he opened it was balling up his hands in a fist it was a white dude with longish dark hair glasses so rude ! I’ve never had an encounter like this before Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
