I had a great experience! The only downside was the really long drive-thru line, which understandably took a while to get through. However, all the food, including the fries, was fresh, hot (not just warm), and delicious. Everything I ordered was just as expected, and the new items were fantastic! Carl's Jewnyer needs to pay their workers, better. In light of the fact that as a Nation we are letting ourselves be destroyed...Our younger human beings have no incentive to work.Two times I came in to get a small burger for my dog, Loki. The other night I stopped by to pick up food for me and my crew and as I pulled into line I contemplated getting out of line and going somewhere else because the line was so long. But before I could make up my mind if I should, I looked up and I was up to the speaker box being asked for my order. At this location they're frequently busy but I never have to wait for long. AND I have never had an order that was wrong in anyway. Every one of my visits I've had outstanding service. Every employee that I have encountered was pleasant, competent and efficient. Thank you to all of you, I appreciate you!

This is my default fast food place. Love that you can do lettuce wraps for burgers and I love to get their zucchini coins when I've got a coupon

I would have been fine with them being out of shakes and Dr Pepper, things happen. What I can 't believe is the awful customer service. The guy handed me my sodas and couldn 't even tell me which one was which. Then another guy comes to hand me my bag,doesn 't say a word and then just shuts the window. Normally they say, Have a good night or Enjoy . No, not a word. I had tolook at him through the window and ask if that was everything and he rudely responded with a yes. Now look, I did my time infast food when I was a teenager and I know how frustrating it is to deal with angry customers when you 're just trying but thisis just disappointing.

Food was a lot better than I thought it would be.. and I don't like hamburgers much (once maybe every 10 yrs). It was not like some of the other dry hamburger hockey pucks. Fresh and juicy. Now I understand the commercials ... with all the napkins andstuff.
