Was Victoria at Boccelli's Ristorante a mag?
Enjoyed the Fruiti misto mare, omitting the sausage; the portion was perfect, loved the lemon wedge, salmon scallops were cooked perfectly. Would definitely order this again! For dessert we tried the cake version of a snickers bar and I would give it 3/5 stars. While the caramel layer was good, with chocolate ganache and a crispy layer, there could have been more peanuts, and the cake was too dry and probably would h... View all feedback.
What Hazel Bartell dislikes about Boccelli's Ristorante:
Great location and facility. Very professional staff. Menu is a bit long in the tooth. Need to change it up a bit. Food quality and quantity is pretty good too. Things are getting pricey these days and they are no exception. Price for the wine is WAY out of my league now. View all feedback.
The food is just blah! With the exception of the tortellini dishes, everything else has no flavor. Structurally and visually is plays the part but taste? Nope, nothing there, please look into the flavor profile of your food. Nice atmosphere and good staff/servers, also clean but the most important part (the food) needs some work.
The restaurant is beautiful. But you can tell EVERYTHING is frozen. I ordered a dish that had “tiger prawns” and sausage and other things the flavor was good. But they were not tiger prawns. I paid money for tiger prawns and the mozzarella sticks were like bar quality. We have been in Gresham for 3yrs now I have been by this place many times it’s a beautiful restaurant, with low quality ingredients. Our server was so so sweet. But where we were sat I did feel like we were forgot about a few times. We won’t be back. The photos I added is one of what Tiger Prawns are and what I was served.
For an appetizer my daughter wanted the calamari and fried mozzarella sticks. They were out of calamari. So she just ordered the mozzarella sticks. That were frozen. Not fresh. I had the manicotti plate. Worst presentation ever. One piece of manicotti literally swimming in a meat sauce with a half piece of garlic bread cut in half. This was a $22.00 dish. The food was way over priced and a huge let down. I am starting to think people in the metro plex have no idea what good food is.
LOVE this place! Never had a bad meal here. It's consistently excellent. My husband and I drive in from Battle Ground regularly just to eat here. Our favorite restaurant in this whole area on both sides of the bridge. ????
