Without an... read more The appetizer never showed up and when the server brought our dinner plates I told her. She immediately turned on her heals and took our plates back. Without an explanation she just left. Then ten minutes later she brought the appetizer. She said our dinner plates were on the warmer. They didn't lower our bill or offer us a bigger appetizer or anything. I wasn't very satisfied with the service there. No One came to to off... read more We went for Valentine Dinner. Arrived at 5 pm so it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away with our menus. Then Nothing but crickets!! No One came to to offer drinks. No Hello, How are you doing tonight? Nothing!! Totally ignored. Finally after 10 minutes I asked the girls cleaning tables if we were supposed to order our own food and drinks. They said they would get a server. Meanwhile there was a server busy gossiping with this couple across from us. Other people came by and said hello to them, so evidently one of those people had worked at Applebee's. When we finally got service the food was good, but the experience was negative. Won't be back. Next time it will be another restaurant instead. Ordered curbside pickup. People parked in the curbside pickup spots so we couldn't park there to get our food. Had to park in the thoroughfare with hazards on.... read more Ordered curbside pickup. People parked in the curbside pickup spots so we couldn't park there to get our food. Had to park in the thoroughfare with hazards on. Called their number to let them know. They were rude and hurried me off the phone, saying my order wasn't finished, even though I was there on time. Had to go into the restaurant to pick up my food instead of them bringing it out. Find out that the order was ready, by the time I got it, the food was Luke warm. Applebee's is one of my favorite restaurants, but this was unacceptable. PS. We went in tonight for dinner. We ordered two drinks and an appetizer. First thing, we told the server we wanted the pretzels and beer cheese. The drinks took a... read more We went in tonight for dinner. We ordered two drinks and an appetizer. First thing, we told the server we wanted the pretzels and beer cheese. The drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive and only after we inquired about them multiple times. They were from the bar but.. still. My drink tasted like straight coconut flavoring. It was awful. We didn’t get the pretzels. We sat at our table for 50 minutes before we ultimately got our main meals. This is after the server came to us multiple times specifically stating I got those pretzels on the way!! So we never got our appetizer. Someone else brought our food, not the server, so we told the food runner that we never got our appetizer. She goes to look in the kitchen? The server then eventually comes back and is like “oh you never got your pretzels?” We told her we don’t want them anymore, because we ordered them as an appetizer. She then says she’s going to the kitchen to look for them. We don’t see her for awhile. We then see her come out, delivering food to another table. Pretty sure she sees me make a face like *uhhh*. She comes over and is like “i know right”. Then a guy from the kitchen.. a cook maybe? Not sure? Puts the pretzels down on our table. We are eating our main meals by now and told him that we don’t want them. He says “it’s fine. I take care of it. Enjoy” even though we repeatedly stared we did not want them. The server then comes back and gives us all the drama about the kitchen and her fighting. She says they’ll discount the meal. She brings us the check and all they had done was “comp” the pretzels that we didn’t want and that they messed up. She sees this before even handing it to us and goes back. Server comes back again and says the removed one other item. That’s all. That’s my review. Don’t come here.
