Our server, Marcus, d... read more Twelve of us visited the Gresham location in Portland, including five kids under 10. The staff was fantastic—helpful, quick, and friendly. Our server, Marcus, did an excellent job, and all the food was delicious. I only wish I had saved room for dessert; it looked amazing!

We ordered appetizers that were... read more It's been years since I last visited this place, but I dropped by to catch up with a couple of friends I hadn't seen since 2004. We ordered appetizers that were half off during happy hour. My dip trio was delicious, though unfortunately, it wasn't part of the half-off deal. The queso dip was so tasty that I can’t stop thinking about it. The mozzarella sticks were fantastic, and the Buffalo chicken bites were great as well. I didn't get a chance to try the wonton tacos because I was too full, but they looked really appetizing!

Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but our server, Trent, was kind, attentive, and really sweet to not just my sister and me, but also to my toddler daughter, which isn't always the case wherever we go. Thank you, Trent, for making our lunch so enjoyable!

We went in tonight for dinner. We ordered two drinks and an appetizer. First thing, we told the server we wanted the pretzels and beer cheese. The drinks took a... read more We went in tonight for dinner. We ordered two drinks and an appetizer. First thing, we told the server we wanted the pretzels and beer cheese. The drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive and only after we inquired about them multiple times. They were from the bar but.. still. My drink tasted like straight coconut flavoring. It was awful. We didn’t get the pretzels. We sat at our table for 50 minutes before we ultimately got our main meals. This is after the server came to us multiple times specifically stating I got those pretzels on the way!! So we never got our appetizer. Someone else brought our food, not the server, so we told the food runner that we never got our appetizer. She goes to look in the kitchen? The server then eventually comes back and is like “oh you never got your pretzels?” We told her we don’t want them anymore, because we ordered them as an appetizer. She then says she’s going to the kitchen to look for them. We don’t see her for awhile. We then see her come out, delivering food to another table. Pretty sure she sees me make a face like *uhhh*. She comes over and is like “i know right”. Then a guy from the kitchen.. a cook maybe? Not sure? Puts the pretzels down on our table. We are eating our main meals by now and told him that we don’t want them. He says “it’s fine. I take care of it. Enjoy” even though we repeatedly stared we did not want them. The server then comes back and gives us all the drama about the kitchen and her fighting. She says they’ll discount the meal. She brings us the check and all they had done was “comp” the pretzels that we didn’t want and that they messed up. She sees this before even handing it to us and goes back. Server comes back again and says the removed one other item. That’s all. That’s my review. Don’t come here.
