I've been to this amazing restaurant a few times now and will continue to do so again and again because the prices are more than reasonable, the food is always of exceptional quality and the staff are an absolute pleasure. It's always packed (full of locals) so book if you can or get there early as its a fairly small restaurant. From what I can tell its run by maybe a husband and wife team (the wife is the chef and the husband is the waiter) just a guess. Both are exceptional at what they do and the guy especially goes above and beyond.

I recently moved to the quartier antiquiares in Grenoble even though I've been living in Grenoble for 10 years, I've not really explored this area in terms of restaurants, there are loads of them here and this is one great find ! I've been here twice in the last month or so and each time the service and food was perfect. It's a small place very traditional french style which I love this particular restaurant has been in this space for about 18 months if I understood correctly, before there was another restaurant for 10+ years. The restaurant is located about 10 minutes from place victor hugo, fresh produce is used for the menus and the menus change with the seasons. Another reviewer noted that the tables are well spaced, which I agree with, You're not sitting on top of your neighbor. I love these small intimate tradtional spaces .. please don't change !

An superb, relatively new restaurant dining experience in what some might say is a slightly out of the way but not so much so location. Actually it is very close to center of town fantastic menu HANDCUT steak tartare home made foie gros can't say enough about the chef, her offerings and the friendly accommodating staff. You won't be disappointed here.

A great address, just off the beaten track but still only a few minutes on foot from the centre of town! I 'm a regular visitor! The chef only uses fresh products and so menus change with the seasons!! Food is great and the presentation too... and to accompany it the selections of wines is good with more choice than most restaurants of this size. Service is friendly with a smile which is worth noting and tables are well spaced. Overall you 're made to feel at home! It is also worth noting that the chef also prepares take-aways on request which can be a great idea when you can 't be bothered to cook or have guests you want to treat!

This little restaurant near the Grenoble Prefecture opened only 9 months ago, but already has quite a reputation; it was full on a Thursday night. The choice of food is limited, always a good sign. My salade d 'eté entrée with thin slices of duck was perfect for a warm evening, and my companion 's foie en mousse also looked good. For the main course we tried the poelée Saint Jaques (scallops) perfectly cooked. If they are cooked too long or slowly they become rubbery, but here they were meltingly soft yet lightly browned. My duo d 'agneau was a deliciously tender lamb steak accompanied by spicy lamb meatballs with a sauce dip. Great ingredients perfectly cooked ! To finish, the ladies couldn 't resist the Moelleux au Chocolat but I was well pleased with my Tiramisu Maison, topped with generous proportions of fresh berries, since it was summer. Altogether an excellent meal. The only small criticism was that the white wine was brought to the table already opened, and without an ice bucket a minor faux pas. At the end of the evening, the lady chef came to speak with each table, a personal touch that we all appreciated.
