The s... read more This was only my second time here. It was just as amazing the 2nd time as the 1st. The food is all amazing. The meats are cooked and smoked to perfection. The sides are almost too numerous to mention, and every one of them I've tried has been delicious. There are three side sauces available; mild, spicy, and sweet. All 3 taste great. I combined the spicy and sweet together for the ribs that literally fall off the bone. The staff are dedicated, always smiling, and work at making your visit as pleasant as possible.

The food and service at this restaurant is TOP TIER and I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the Grapevine area. The service provided by Shane and Will was very much appreciated and I am definitely going to be a return customer. I am visiting the area from Louisiana and happened to notice the restaurant while charging our vehicle. I’m definitely glad that I made the decision to check out the food!! I have never been disappointed with anything here and it’s classic Texas bbq. The jalapeño sausage, pulled pork, Mac and cheese and jalapeño cornbread are just a few of my favorites.

An update has elevated my rating from 3 to 4 stars. On my return visit, I tried the brisket which was tender, and the service remained consistently good and friendly. While the BBQ is still just average to slightly above average, the portions are generous for the price and the service is reliable.

My son has a food allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate his needs. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We tried the smoked bologna for the first time and we all loved it. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant when we visit again in the future.

I ordered a 2 meat plate, which came with slices of smoked sausages and ribs. You 'll see from the photos that the dishes, on the whole, werepretty tasty. The ribs were incredibly soft, indicating that the cooks at this restaurant know how to cook ribs! I 'm fairlycertain they cooked those ribs to death, because they were falling off the bone, and the bones were tasty, too! LOL Theturnip greens were a bit interesting, though. That 's the best way I can describe them. I feel like they had a bit of a smoky taste to them, which was something I did not expect to taste whilst eating turnip greens. I 'm not sure how theyaccomplished that... It 's not that they were nasty, but they just had that smokey taste, which resulted in the turnip greenshaving a bit of an aftertaste. Nevertheless, I still ate them all! I also had a piece of jalapeno cornbread, that had a bit ofa kick to it because of the jalapeno peppers, yet it was sweet at the same time. Another interesting choice! : The corn wasbasic whole kernel corn, and there 's nothing special to write about it. I also want to say that when we arrived there, to getour food to go, they were closing up. But I appreciate the fact that they did not lock their doors early nor did they rush usout of the restaurant. We had adequate time to order our food and they even allowed me to sample a couple of things beforemaking a decision. Furthermore, the entirety of the staff were fabulous! Everyone working at that place, near closing time,was all smiles and giggles, and they cracked jokes and they were fun to be around! My son has a food allergy to Mustard and they helped make sure he could eat what he wanted. The food was good and big portions. We had never had smoked Bologna and we allloved it! Will definitely be back again if we come back to the area! Maybe even before we leave! ????
