This was our first time at Winewood. We had an amazing “date night” dinner. Vic and Jen were amazing wait staff. The food was soo good we started with the calamari appetizer with a spicy honey hot dip sauce then we had the Lobster Ravioli and the Rack of Lamb as the main courses. All very good and would order again. Well done!! View all feedback.

We have been coming to Winewood for years. Love the food and the ambiance. Today lunch was disappointing. The food was good but our service was terrible. We were one of the first people in the restaurant right when it opened for service. Our server introduced himself and poured water for the table and took drink orders. He brought our drinks and then disappeared. I had to flag him down 15 minutes later for him to take our order. I asked about soup of the day 2 times, he didn't know. Our food as usual was good and came out in a timely manner. Our server brought the wrong soup and never came back to check on us. We had to flag him down for the check. He did have a good attitude but I feel like he needs a little more training. I have been in the service industry and do not expect perfection, however today was sub par.
Service was a bit slow, but food was very good (I had the trout) and I would definitely go again. However, next time I will bring a sweater—air con was working overtime and I was freezing!
Came on a Sunday for a bachelorette brunch. They had cheap brunch drink deals and served brunch food till 3pm so it was perfect! Sat on the climate controlled patio for a great atmosphere. Was cold and noisier inside so glad we got to be on the patio. Great service and food. I'd come back!
We love Winewood. I took my husband and son here last night to celebrate my husbands birthday. I had the salmon, husband had the chicken cordon blue and son had the filet. My only feedback is I wasn't expecting it to be 2 hours but I know that they had a couple large parties for homecoming and you should expect a nice experience at a place like this. However, we were late for homecoming.

Excellent service and wonderful meal. The calamari and quail knots were great starters. Main dish specials were excellent. Steak and scallops were cooked perfectly, Brussels sprouts were delicious. My husband had sea bass special which was delicious and King Crab legs were pre-split, which was awesome. One of the legs meat was somewhat tasteless but not their fault just the pick of the sea. The other leg was great. Finished with the best bread pudding I’ve ever had.
The food and service was top notch. Wine list is pretty pricey. They need more wines in the $60 to $80 range. The place was freezing. I don’t think management knows how cold it was (66 degrees) or how much money they’re wasting by spending so much energy.
It was quiet when I arrived, as I arrived early. But within thirty minutes the place was so loud I could barely hear the person I was attempting to have a meeting with, so not likely the best place for a business meeting, unless you can sit outside. Waiter was excellent, very attentive, but pushing salads, soups and trying to top a salmon dish with lobster or crab was aggressive, that was after a push for alcohol, then later coffee and deserts. I get it, push for product to increase the bill, but we are just there for a business lunch and don't want to be bothered with adding everything on the menu to our meal. The food was good, portions small, don't think I would go back for business or personal. Nothing overly compelling about it. Acoustics are poor with the low, hard ceiling and tables in close proximity. If you're trying to do business, sit outside.
Best meal I’ve had in a long time. Calamari app was incredible. All entrees were perfection. Our server, Corwin, was absolutely amazing. Thank you thank you!

We arrived early around four parking was readily available. We didn 't have prior reservation and were seated immediately. However we have been here multiple times and if you 're coming at five or after I recommend reservations and valet. Based off prior visits. We ordered the side market blend salad and there was plenty for the both of us to share. We had the citrus dressing and it was delicious. We also ordered their tasty bread that comes with both a compound and basic whipped butter. This is a must order from our point of view. We has the dozen of Oyster Rockerfeller. They are amazing wish I could have been able to have more. Our service was handled by Pierce he was polite, professional and extremely attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Wine Wood it is one of our go to restaurants. If you 're looking for a quality meal at a table cloth restaurant with affordable pricing you can 't go wrong by choosing Winewood.
This review is based only on one dish. I ordered the hash which came out cold, while the asparagus was raw or undercooked at most. I ordered the hash because it because it is typically the simplest dish a restaurant can make, and in my mind that made it a safe bet for a place I've never been. Sadly, I was wrong, and the dish was mediocre. For what I paid, I could have made it at home. I will give this three stars, because if you're looking for a brunch spot to have some mimosas, it may be worth checking out. I would ask for orange juice on the side because the mimosas come dry.

Best executed cocktails. I had an Espresso Martini with small batch bourbon and my coworkers enjoyed a top notch Old Fashion. Our meals were also excellent. Coworker got the Sea Bass loved it. I got the filet, it was well cooked and presented. Someone else got Brussels sprouts, no complaints. The team served a party of 10 flawlessly.
I went to Winewood on a Tuesday night for a business dinner with some coworkers. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, but was very loud, making it difficult to have a productive discussion. Despite requesting a quiet table for our reservation, we were unable to find a suitable spot. The server, Tahreon, was polite and attentive, especially to my food allergies. The service was good but a bit slow due to how busy they were. We ordered calamari for appetizers, which came with a delicious Thai chili sauce. My colleagues enjoyed their salads, while I ordered the Chilean sea bass, which was excellent. The portions were perfect and the dish was served with delicious risotto. Overall, Winewood is a solid 4 to 4.5 star restaurant, always good but not necessarily wow-worthy. It is upscale, casual, and trendy. I have included some pictures from previous visits with my daughter, where we enjoyed dishes like tuna appetizer, lobster ravioli, and creme brulee. A fun bonus is that there are often exotic cars parked out front to admire. In conclusion, Winewood is always a reliable choice when in the DFW area.
Sunday brunch, this was a first at Winewood, it did not disappoint. Live music, a fire, plenty of delicious options to choose. The service was top notch and the prices were very reasonable for the experience and quality of product. It's a WHOLE VIBE!!
This restaurant is delicious! The ambiance is lovely and the service was fantastic. The food was amazing, especially the steak with horseradish cream. I can't wait to dine here again!

Winewood is one of my favorite restaurants; I’ve been going there since they opened. We even had my son’s rehearsal dinner there. This visit, our server Craig was fantastic! He made this birthday celebration even more enjoyable.
4 plates divided. Scallops cooked perfectly, sauce not very aromatic, chased the small amount of peas around the plate. Beet platter was good. Tuna poke had strings of supposedly kelp salad, fries were sparse and not wasabi powder. If more chips were requested, the answer was "not sure but will be checked". Return with 4 chips. It seemed pretty strange that the smoked bluefish and avocado toast was served with bluefish on one toast and avocado on the other.
Dinner with one of our favorite couples we hadn't seen at the age. Perfect course patch and service. Our Lake Bass and Hummer Ravioli was amazing, such a treat!
Food was warm at best. Service was adequate, but limited and required multiple requests to be served. For the price, it was not worth it.
Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal.
