The meal we had at this restaurant was decent, but not exceptional. There isn't really a compelling reason to dine here when there are many other Indian restaurants in Gothenburg that offer much better food. For example, Daawat, located just down the road, serves the best Indian cuisine in the city. View all feedback. What User likes about Indisk Restaurang Taj Mahal:
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We traveled from Helsingborg and had a great lunch. The dal sambar and chicken curry were perfect choices for children's meals. View all feedback.

Despite restaurant being empty it took a long time to be seated. The decor was nice. The food arrived quickly but the taste was really not very good.
My friends and I regularly eat lunch here. It's very affordable for a filling meal! I would definitely recommend it.
