The overall impression was that the food was quite okay for the price, perhaps more depth and finesse was desired in some dishes. Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks with the food were not really worth their price. Have a beer instead. The service was okay.
Our first time at a Michelin restaurant, and I can see why they were given the rating here. Everything was incredible, from the dishes to the wine pairings with each of the courses. Our proteins were Hamachi, Turbot, Halibut lamb. Service: Dine in
TLDR: a live tick crawling around in my food brings the rating down significantly. I tried giving it time since my visit to pass the feeling but there's no way I can recommend anyone to go here. In the second course I lifted up my third dumpling and a live tick fell out and was crawling around the sauce for a good minute before it stopped moving. They comped half of my food cost but still that wasn't worth it at all. The rest of the night I dug through every dish looking for ticks and couldn't shake the phantom feeling of swallowing a tick and having it dig into my tongue or throat. That night I even woke up from a nightmare of a mouth full of ticks. In terms of the food and service, all was pretty good and cant complain. My only recommendation would be to have a bit more variety among the wine pairing. When we went there was only 1 red among the 9 dishes and most were rieslings, or very similar tastes.
