I was curious to go here as I had heard that eating was very good. the food was good, but the Spanish thema was ruined by loud American rapper music as background, which we did not expect late afternoon!

Loved this place great friendly funny staff, eating was very nice and good size and options, dj played so made the night fun

Beautiful wine and atmosphere, but very small part of the garnish and they lacked in taste also powdery in the texture. beautiful olives and croquettes. as st kilda local I wouldn't eat here again I would rather have larger portion sizes for the price considering what is available in the opposite. the lady who served us asked what was wrong and pointed out the portion size that makes me think, she knows there is a problem.

If they are looking for good, authentic and original Spanish food, chulo is to go to st kilda the place!

Sangria good and food okay once it arrived Service a bit poor. A waitress asked if we wanted anything else, and we asked for some more sangria. Ten mins later a waiter (possible manager) asks if we wanted any more drinks and we asked for...some more sangria. When he was away sorting the waitress came back and started to clear our plates and ask if we wanted any more water. All during a 55 minute wait for our main course. Can appreciate was a busy night and is a newish restaurant. Hope others have a better experience. Wont be returning.
