It's ANZAC Day and the buzzy Esca two doors down is overflowing. Glebe Deli found it difficult to cope with its extra customers. The motel-style omelette eventually came with white bread (no choice), butter in a package ... No imagination or flair. (The butter used to be served here in little pots). This little cafe was delightful. We immediately felt at home and fell in love with these warm and friendly folks. The owner Joe, his wife and the service staff greeted us every time we visited like we were family. The food and coffee was reasonable...and definitely delicious.
