Good place. They always get the order correct and it's always ready when we get to the pickup window. The folks are always friendly and even though they are in Gladstone, they wear face coverings. I like that! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Putting a sticker on an old Cheeseburger is not okay. These are the worst McDonald's we did! 1. We were asked to go forward, waited 5 minutes, then asked what we were waiting for. Our order was not complicated 3 double cheeseburger 1 of this Lite Ketchup Senf and Pickles, as the picture shows that not what I got, although it clearly placed a sticker on the Cheeseburger that was clear old. Michael the lobby staff was amazing. I don't think he stopped once our entire time here. He carried on a conversation with my 11 yr old about school and activities. I usually come in, get my food, eat and leave and am never spoken to. This was a pleasant surprise.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Very clean, great service, food very good and fries hot and yummy. The play place is very nice. The entire restaurant is very well appointed. Eating there is a pleasant experience

Always check your bag! Sadly certain shifts take better pride in their work than others... it's not even them being short staffed that bothers me it's the lack of effort to still be kind to the customers that understand and go out of our way to show kindness to them to hopefully let them know they ARE APPRECIATED!
Super clean, folks working there were very friendly. Downside, wish they would have told me about the buy one get one for a $1 but that was on me. Just didn't wait for sign to show it. Food hot and McDonald's good.
