A varied menu blends creativity and tradition. Dishes are beautifully prepared and presented. Impeccable, courteous, and professional service. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the warm welcome. Reservations are recommended.

Excellent selection of food for breakfast and dinner. We spent a weekend away, and Locanda La Clusaz is definitely a great compromise between convenience (it's close to the city), affordability, and beauty. If we ever pass through Aosta again, we'll definitely stay there!

The restaurant offers a limited but very interesting menu, including several foie gras dishes. Everything is high quality, and the dishes are carefully paired. The wine list is extensive, though perhaps a bit pricey. The only slight disappointment was the zabaglione, which was too foamy and high in alcohol. Service: very young, friendly, and quite professional staff.
