A very beautiful, well-decorated, and well-lit restaurant, housed in the former stables of an old inn on the road to the Great St. Bernard Pass. A varied menu blends creativity and tradition. Dishes are beautifully prepared and presented. Impeccable, courteous, and professional service. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the warm welcome. Reservations are recommended.
Super welcome, we stopped for the weekend going skiing in the area, the food was excellent and the staff were really kind and helpful!
A wonderful experience, the waiters were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the location was stunning with a beautiful view. Excellent selection of food for breakfast and dinner. We spent a weekend away, and Locanda La Clusaz is definitely a great compromise between convenience (it's close to the city), affordability, and beauty. If we ever pass through Aosta again, we'll definitely stay there!
Everything was beautiful, except for the choice of dishes, which forced you to choose at least two courses. Worth seeing, but not a second time.
We dined at the restaurant, only to discover later that it might be worth staying the night as well. The restaurant offers a limited but very interesting menu, including several foie gras dishes. Everything is high quality, and the dishes are carefully paired. The wine list is extensive, though perhaps a bit pricey. The only slight disappointment was the zabaglione, which was too foamy and high in alcohol. Service: very young, friendly, and quite professional staff.
