It seems like they have no idea how an upscale dining experience should be executed. Coffee service, but self service tea? Not opening the hot food until at least an hour after opening even though it was not stated anywhere. Ran out of many dishes with no plan to refill, and that was in the first few minutes of the buffet opening. Servers were unprofessional and lacked experience. Over promised, under delivered.
