Tolle Aussicht ist dort natürlich, aber sowohl beim Frühstücksteil als auch beim Mittagessen war sowohl ich, als auch mein Partner sehr enttäuscht. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte sehr wenig Auswahl, es gab nur Brötchen, eine Wurst- und Käseplatte und Eier. Das Mittagessen entsprach auch nicht ganz unserem Geschmack.

Probably some of the worst service I have ever had. The wait staff and bartender were entirely unenthusiastic and disengaged. They pointed guests to the menus instead of bringing them to the table. We gave up on having water or another round of cocktails with our meal. When we were ready for the check we had to wait, it was almost impossible to get anyone's attention ~ we were not the only table begging for the check ~ there were 3 others. The staff kept themselves busy having a bite to eat, smoking and chatting among themselves. We come to Giessen frequently and often bring guests. I would be embarrassed to bring guest here.

I watch the staff on the Skybar spend most of the night eating and drinking instead of taking care of anybody. Which was second only to the amount of smoking they felt was necessary. The staff actually sent people downstairs to get drinks because they were ordering food.We often bring large groups for business purposes to this place. The based on how they serve individual groups I would highly recommend to avoid this place. I've never seen a group less concerned and rudeness.The only redeeming factor is the food quality is good.

FYI I had the beef Ragu special (no pizza available so this was suggested by the waitress) incredible. Besides, live music on Wednesday. Win you win.
